Reiki is a light touch energy therapy that helps balance the mind body & spirit. Reiki is done fully clothed while lying on a massage table. The client is often left with a deep sense of relaxation.
It works on the body mind and spirit by stimulating a person’s own natural healing abilities. Reiki is the highest and most profound vibration of life. It allows us to become o n e with all things alive in our world.
